PROXY • D • 0.75 • FIZZY • ALCOHOL-FREE
PROXY D combines carefully fermented white and green jasmine tea with natural ingredients including Marille (apricot), sea buckthorn and tarragon. The result is a complex aroma profile with fruity freshness, fine herbal spice and a balanced acidity. Green peppercorns and gentle carbonation give the drink additional character and depth.
The Marille carries the profile. Not in an obvious way, but as a warm, floral foundation that supports the jasmine and gives the tarragon something to lean on. The sea buckthorn brings a fine acidity that holds everything together. On the palate, PROXY D is bright and sparkling, almost light like a good aperitif, but with enough depth to justify more than one glass.
Lovely with light starters, crudités and dip, goat's cheese, or as an aperitif in the sun. In a wide wine glass with an ice cube. If you enjoy PROXY D, the still PROXY B, with its quince and walnut, moves in a similar direction.
PROXY is its own category. Fermented with tea, fruits and botanicals. Sealed at peak flavour after filling. Organically certified: DE-ÖKO-070. Vegan. Under 0.5% vol. Fizzy.
