EARLYBIRD brings together Darjeeling tea and bergamot into a clean, light flavour with gentle acidity. Soft caramel notes round out the mouthfeel, while earthy, woody undertones add a fine bitterness. The tannins absorbed during maceration make it lean dry rather than sweet.

The Darjeeling sets the tone here: floral bergamot, a hint of caramel on the finish, and that characteristic, slightly astringent dryness you know from a good black tea. Cold, it is precise and lively. In the morning, in the afternoon, after a workout, or alongside breakfast with eggs and toast. It adapts without imposing.
