HYBISKUS7 initially reveals floral and slightly tropical notes, rounded out by floral berry aromas from a hibiscus infusion and jasmine tea. Idaho7 and Amarillo hops give the kombucha a full-bodied texture with a zesty acidity. Lime zest adds subtle, bitter-fresh accents.

Hibiscus is the heart of this blend, but it doesn't work alone. The jasmine provides floral notes without being perfumy, the hops add substance, and the lime keeps everything in balance. The result is a kombucha that works well with food but also stands on its own. With a light salad, roasted vegetables, goat cheese, or simply in the early evening as the day draws to a close.
