All orders are shipped via UPS Express.

Delivery time: 3–5 working days (occasional delays may occur due to the shipping provider).

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout depending on location and postal code.

Return policy:

Returns are only accepted if:

• the wrong product was delivered or
• There has been a significant delivery delay.

A significant delay exists if the delivery takes place more than 10 days after the expected delivery date.

If an item arrives damaged, it can be refunded or replaced upon presentation of valid proof of damage. The proof must include clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging.

Claims for incorrect or damaged items must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

We do not accept returns due to a change of mind.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within [5-10] working days.
