Sales & Operations Assistant (m/f/d)
Your Role You support the sales team: You research suitable customers, prepare data and documents, maintain our CRM, and ensure that follow-ups are not missed.
Your Tasks • Close collaboration with the Sales Lead on planning and next steps • Research and acquisition of B2B customers in gastronomy and hospitality • Preparation of customer profiles, data sheets, and conversation histories • HubSpot maintenance: pipeline, activities, and customer data • Support with offers, presentations, and sales documents • Preparation for trade fairs, campaigns, and sales pushes • Follow-up on customer conversations and creation of simple sales reports • Review of automation options and coordination of samples Your Profile • Structured way of working and affinity for clear processes • Good communication and enjoyment of professional customer interaction (also by phone) • Proficient in Google Workspace and Excel/Google Sheets; CRM experience is a plus. • Very good German language skills; English is helpful in an international team • Proactive approach: identifying process gaps and providing solutions • Ownership, diligence, and energy; experience in FMCG/Food & Beverage is a plus What this role is not • No sole responsibility for final key account negotiations or price approvals • No responsibility for operational delivery processing (this lies with Customer Service) • Not purely an assistant role, but a structure-defining one What awaits you with us • Structured onboarding and responsibility from day one • Direct collaboration with Sales, founder team, Operations, and Marketing • Flexible working hours, hybrid work, and insights into building a modern brand • Benefits: Brand partnerships, internal quarterly events, employee discount, and BOUCHE in the fridge Our Process 1.
