HYBISKUS7 opens with floral and lightly tropical notes, rounded out by fruity berry aromas from a hibiscus infusion and jasmine tea. Idaho7 and Amarillo hops give the kombucha a full-bodied character with lively acidity. A touch of lime zest adds subtle bitter-fresh accents.

Hibiscus is the centrepiece here, but it does not work alone. Jasmine adds florality without becoming perfumed, the hops add substance, and the lime keeps everything in line. The result is a kombucha that works both with food and on its own. With a light salad, alongside roasted vegetables, with goat's cheese, or simply in the early evening as the day winds down.
