A favorite spot in Berlin's Reuterkiez is celebrating its first birthday.

sum wine + books is exactly that kind of place.

In the heart of Berlin's Reuterkiez, sum brings together a carefully curated selection of natural wines, good books, and above all, people. Natasha Wilkinson and Keith Brauns have created a place where neighborhood and community take center stage.

And one year after opening, sum has long since become more than a wine bar with a bookstore.

There is always something going on at sum.

From book clubs and quiz nights to pop-ups and community events, sum has become a meeting place for people from the neighborhood and beyond over the past year. Some come in for a glass of wine, others in search of a new book. Many stay for both.

On the shelves you'll find a lovingly curated selection of books, while the bar offers a rotating selection of natural wines. A place where you can put your phone away for once, take your time, and simply enjoy the company.

In a city where something is always happening, that is sometimes particularly beautiful.

In addition to the selection of natural wines, our MELONE SZECHUAN ● PET NAT is also on the menu. A non-alcoholic alternative for anyone who isn't in the mood for wine.
