CASCARAH like cascara, the peel of the coffee cherry. If these peels are dried, they can be brewed like tea leaves. The kombucha we created with it is characterized by a delicate caramel profile with a hint of cocoa, accompanied by fresh citrus notes and a subtle lavender bouquet. It doesn't taste like coffee, but it contains a lot of caffeine.
