PROXY B is an alcohol-free wine alternative, fermented with tea, fruits and botanicals. Quince, walnut leaf and meadowsweet create a layered aroma profile: fruity, gently tart, with tobacco notes and a fine depth from white tea.

Quince and meadowsweet give PROXY B a bright, floral sweetness that never becomes pushy. The walnut leaf brings tannins and a light astringency you feel more than taste. The finish is long, dry and tannin-driven. It recalls a good white wine, but it sounds different. Because it is something different.
