THE “7” IN HIBISKUS7 IS NOT A TYPO • THERE’S A REASON FOR IT
At BOUCHE, every name on our 0.33-liter bottles follows a simple design principle: It should be the same length. While this is a small detail, it ensures visual balance and consistency across our range—from CHEEERRY to EARLYBIRD to LEMONDROP. We adhered to this rule when naming our floral, hoppy kombucha: HIBISKUS7.
The “7” not only fits the format of the name, but also has a deeper meaning: Idaho 7, one of the main hop varieties used in this brew.
This kombucha combines hibiscus and jasmine tea for a floral, berry-like base with a hint of tropical acidity. Idaho 7 and Amarillo hops add a fresh citrus note and more body. A touch of lime zest adds a subtle bitterness.
The result is a drink that is light, complex and refreshingly surprising – just like its name.
